How Hissori ひっそり began
Hissori (ひっそり) means quietly, and that's exactly how we started.
What began as a small home-based setup grew into something we never had to announce. Word travelled the way it always does for places that care: slowly, genuinely, person to person. No big storefronts. No loud campaigns. Just carefully made drinks and desserts that gave people a reason to come back.
